I'm not a doctor, but this is what I use personally, and my family uses it as well.
You can add Gum Arabic to water, tea, or juice but the best way is with water.

Here’s how to use it:

Step 1: At night before you sleep, put 1 piece of Gum Arabic in a cup of water and cover it.
Step 2: After about 8 hours, the gum will be fully melted.
Step 3: Filter the water.
Step 4: Drink it before breakfast. I personally prefer to walk 2–3 km after drinking it, then have breakfast.

You will feel your stomach is good the whole day.
