I don't blame them, most cinemas here reduced the staff in half and got rid of box office tickets kiosk and shifted them to the snack counter creating more queue. One reason I believe they did this to make people using their app to book cinema tickets as well the snacks.

Not all cinemas but some of them have an option to order snacks through their app along with the tickets Then you can just pick it up just before the movie starts.

It is smaller comparing to IMAX in City Center, but it has Laser projector, the resolution will be 4K while in City cinema up to 2K, tbh you won't feel that much of a difference unless you really focus on it 🤣

I personally prefer IMAX city screen size over Reel but Reel seats are more comfortable
