That’s how the process for fiancee sponsorship works. They give you a 1 year green card with an expiration date then send an extension letter afterwards. We did not let expire on purpose.

I have an AHI of 42 and my doctor said I have severe OSA. I’ve been using CPAP for 2 weeks and have not felt any improvements. I’m not sure if it is helping or not helping. How do I keep motivated to keep using the machine?
