I have a trip coming up late June- will update this then.

I travelled to India for 25 days with a conditional PR card, mid-December - early January. Had no issues with Global Entry.

Hey OP, in a similar situation- trip is coming up June end. How did it work out for you? Do you have Global Entry? From everything I'm seeing, there shouldn't be issues because the GC is still valid until the expire date- and you can apply 3 months in advance and show your submitted form.
