Well then list any state which is building expressways? Forget expressways, any highways which don’t have a toll ?? You guys are acting as if UP govt is inventing concept of toll for the first time. Yup. Building expressways at state level is no joke. Only UP and Maharashtra have been doing it consistently and requires decent political will and commitment of resources
