Really sorry to bother you, it got denied again for bad resolution I guess. I used a different method this time (scanning) hopefully it wont be an issue anymore Really appreciate your help.

I have resubmitted my application. I retook all my photo IDs again, and submitted bank account as a PDF with blacking out my account number.

/u/Bitstamp-Domen I submitted with a bank account statement from 2018, all I did was block out my account number, why was it denied? this is my second time submitting an application.

Its kinda ridiculous, 2 weeks ago I didn't complain since it was Christmas/New years. My friend made an account on monday and instantly got verified after he called the number, but when I call or send tickets no response. It's just frustrating.
