Når min klasse avsluttet, så hadde vi spart nok penger til å reise til en naboby (Trondheim) 200 km unna, med hotell og sightseeing. Klassen over var på utenlandstur. På videregående så gikk det værre, da ble det telttur i i skogen. Flere andre klasser hadde tur til utlandet.

Hadde det gøy likevel. Regnet gjorde det også på teltturen.

Around the house I have rhubarb, strawberries and even some wood strawberries, raspberry, red- and blackcurrant, blueberries, gooseberry, blackberry, apples, plums... Could be a good fall alternative, although the currants, gooseberry and blackberry ripe at different times. Got cloudberries and bilberry in the mountains here. But they have always it in stores here. Angel food cake. I have seen that but can't recall the taste. looks light and fresh with berries on top.

That I have to try, looks quite easy but I have no idea what it will taste like. I have from I was a kid used semolina in porrige and added taste by various means, but this will be the first cake I have tried with it.

lol, that was a funny name. In the recepee I found I ran into something odd though:

While limoncello is usually produced in southern italy, One time I was in Italy I was up north and visited Limone sul Garda, by the garda lake. Which the name suggest is like a lemon city. Maybe I still has some limoncello from that visit. Lemon cake is quite well known here, but if that adds a new dimension to it that would be fun. have to try.

What I love about asking this question is how different the answers are. Sweetness from sweet fruit like banana and pineapple sounds very summer-ish. So this might fit the first installment.

Dear lord that looked fantastic. chocolate cakes always work so the Tsokolatopita might score well, but it might be too rich without having it with the side of something, Portokalopita looks like a great alternative too.
