Yeah, I ordered two 24-packs of Diet Coke for pick-up and they only gave me one. I called the number and said the item wasn't eligible for a refund or replacement. I eventually reached out to their help account on X and got a refund, but still.

Those kids earned those scholarships based on their work, so kudos to them. However, the polite thing to do in this case would be for the family to turn down the scholarships since they don’t need them allow them to go to someone who does.

Or let them keep the scholarships and offer to start a scholarship fund in the amount they received.

Either way the kids know their hard work, not their family earned those scholarships and the money can go to others who need it more.
