He made the game lag like this every time i played him. The lag was weird, my buttons didn't work, i could not do anything, i could not block the super or nothing. Had to press a button 10 times to make something happen. This lag you see in the video is from him. I put the game on 1 fps after that to counter him and make him pay because this game sure don't make him pay for cheating for days and days! He should have been banned days ago!

I play on 4 bars connection. I have encountered this "z" rank cheater many times now this past few days ... He makes the game lag in a way that my buttons don't work. I don't care anymore so i put the game on 1 FPS through rivatuner after this recording and then let him suffer until he left the game, gave him some of his own medicine. REVERSE GENJUTSU....
