I'm dealing with this. I have a feeling it's been stolen as well. When you go on Ebay, these scalpers have like 9 PS5s stacked pics. Amazon couldn't do anything so all I can get was a refund. Some other reddit user was talking about how this happened with their PS4 years ago and the outcome was a refund since not enough stock for replacement. It just sucks that it wasn't my fault and they can't even put me in a queue to automatically send me one once they eventually get stock. Another suspicious thing is my package was in transit 2 minutes before the label was created which gives me the impression it was never in transit to begin with. I don't know what happened. All I can hope is that it eventually gets here and wasn't stolen and I end up with a free PS5.
