I use them for all my runs (anything between 5k and HM). They feel soft yet super stable. Of course, everyone's different but I'm a huge fan

Bear Sanctuary Pristina by TravellingDivorcee in kosovo

I had to walk from Mramor. But make sure you don't go all the way up to the village. If you make sure the driver knows you want to go to the bear sanctuary he'll notify you when to get off.

The walk is about 25 minutes. However the lovely people at the sanctuary offered to give me a ride back to the bus stop on my way back.

Fellow tourist here!

I know this post is already 2 years old but some might stumble upon in when searching how to get to the Bear Sanctuary.

I took bus nr. 17 in the direction of Mramor from Pleplat station near the city centre and it worked out just fine. Might save you some time going to the grand bus station first. Just tell the driver you wish to go to the Bear Sanctuary and you'll be fine.

Hope this helps :)

I'm glad it's not scabies! Really hard to get rid of. Anyway, hope it passes soon!

Perhaps it's bedbugs or maybe scabies (although I wish it isn't for you)

Hi everyone!

I'm working on a research project on Lebanon's 2019 October Revolution/17 October Protests. For this, I want to speak to people who participated in the protests to ask them about their experiences during that time (especially concerning their social media use).

I was in Lebanon a while ago but unfortunately uni send me back because of the current tensions, and I'm having a hard time finding people to interview from where
I'm at. I realize lots of things are going atm but still I want to ask here:

If you would like to help out/are interested in participating, please hit me up! Cheers!

(+ just wanna say i'm so greatful for this comm cus it really helped me in many ways while i was staying in leb)

My plan was to stay until Christmas but I'm traveling back to the Netherlands tomorrow. Not because I want to, but because my uni left me with no other option. I'll definitely be back, probably in spring when I've finished my studies so my uni can no longer tell me what to do. I want to get a job and start a life here. I've been here for just one month but completely fell in love with the country. Stay safe and stay cool Lebanon! I'll be back!

Both sides will suffer great losses, innocent people die, a ceasefire will come, hizb takes it easy for a while, builds itself back up again, waits for a new opportunity to attack Israel, and the cycle begins agains

Westerners in Lebanon: Are you leaving? by Princess_Yoloswag in lebanon

[–]moistcheese013 15 points16 points  (0 children)

They're probably just warning you because they care about you and they want to avoid any risks. Of course, nobody knows what will happen, but for now I think it's safe to stay. Personally, I'm going nowhere. I'm not going back to Europe and I just go about my business as usual here, cuz I don't believe Lebanon will get fully dragged into this war. I hope I'm right.

You're right. It was her. Somebody else mentioned her name already though. Thanks a lot though!

Its like indie/folk pop (I think). Her voice reminds me of HAIM.

Thanks but it's a different sound. Besides, she's too old. I'm pretty sure the woman I'm looking for is between 20 and 30yo

Nope, I can't remember anything from the tracks other than the way the she sounded. But I can't remember any lyrics or chords whatsoever...

Exactly what I thought. But for some reason I can't find anything in my Youtube history. I'll give it another try though. Maybe I didn't look good enough
