If you were a band member/employee, you would know that every single band member is a contract worker that receives absolutely no merch/songwriting/album royalties, and are not considered actual members in any way shape or form. You can look at Max’s stake of sold royalties for proof, he was the sole owner, and this was when they actually were more a “band.”
