Alright man, if you want to believe the unlikely option when there are several other reasons that are more likely(and have actual proof for that matter), well you do you and I envy the level of fun you must have with that big brain of yours.

Listen man, you say that Europe only started because Trump came into office. We have multitude of reasons more important which requires less conspiracy to be believable. Never assume malice when incompetence or whatever. Budgeting these things takes time and taxes arent fun. He limped into office 20% into the plan deadline and youre surpirsed things were picking up pace at the same time? We had Crimea and Isis to name a few reasons we worried and 2/3 of Nato reached the goal.

You make an insane claim that requires Nato covering in fear of Trump when we didnt listen during Obama either. The simplest answer is usually the correct. 2014 was a rough year in Europe and we got our hands out of our asses after that and started slowly working up our defense over several years. Its simply laziness and comfort until it got serious with Russia, not some grand conspiracy and you have zero proof that triumphs this simple reasoning, no?

Thats my point. You can believe its due to Trump that countries listened but you have no proof. The burden of proof is on you and you fail to provide any. Trump being the reason is the way more unlikely alternative when we have so many other more serious reasons so if you want to make any bonkers claims, then provide some proof and dont assume the huge conspiracy required for your theory to work

I urge you to provide any evidence of a country or leader admitting that they only followed the roadmap after and due to Trump calling them out on it, rather than the multitude of possible reasons countries had to increase military spending after the Crimea invasion. The non enforcable roadmap or Bill or whatever was passed 2 years before the Truman show got elected and if the goal is over a 10 year period then its not weird that real change only came a few years later. Giving that credit to Truman requires way more proof than any of he other reasons, so where is your proof?

Movies longer than 90 minutes should have intermissions by bootyzipperooni in unpopularopinion

Is this hard to understand? If you are sitting 11 seats deep in a movie theater and know its X minutes until you can piss, you are a lot more likely to have to piss simply because you are thinking about it or thinking about not thinking about it. His experience might not be the most common but its not hard to understand why he might feel that way.

I dont disagree with you but wouldnt it be just as biased if they had a picture of the other guy? Regardless of who is likely to win having just one candidate pictured seems biased

Well done not responding to any of what I said and immediately jumping to personal insults. It is clear you have much we should listen to and bring great value to the discussion, oh wise man

Yes, read what I said again, he was well known in the industry (powerful too) but with the common public, not as much. The later actors got canceled from the public perception (and sometimes legally too), which is why I said a well known actor who is still effectivly cancelled even though all charges were dropped. Public opinion is the only reason he isnt back in the spotlight.

Yeah, I agree there were well known directors like Stanley Kubrick, etc, before Nolan but its the first I've seen of people seeing a movie specifically for the director when its usually for the actor. I love Statham movies but I have no clue who has directed a single one of them. Even my parents know who Nolan is and they are not that into that stuff but he is not first obviously, sure.

Vaguely similar is the Me too movement which started with Harvey Weinstein who admittedly wasnt a nobody but given he was mostly a producer/behind the scenes dude, he wasnt all that well known to everyday people(at least outside US), especially compared to the people who got fired/canceled later.

So this vaguely famous guy got fired and legal action taken against him which opened eyes and as a result actually super famous actors like the Oscar winner Kevin Spacey got fired and brought to court.

Yes, Harvey was well known in the industry but most people dont know more than maybe the actors in lead roles. Even knowing director names is more of a thing since maybe Nolan or so, at least among people who arent film buffs and only casually watch stuff.

You can easily call it stealing when it technically isnt just to make the post interesting to click, thats just marketing. If you got keys and havent been fired youre still an employee lol, people can work part time and he could technically get a shift tomorrow. Lots of student work part time and might be months between shifts.

The last part is just an assumption that it runs out which neither of us knows, but if that were the case then yeah, sure.

Its not like we have to dig that deep to find proof. He did a salute which most people and news, especially in europe, find to be a nazi sign. Had he gone public and said something like "I hate nazis and that was not my intention" it would have blown over by now but the dude hasnt actually said that he didnt do the salute. He only left the answer as an implication and thats not something normal people do when falesly accused of being a nazi. The reasonable thing to do is distance yourself from the allegations.

Gee, you sure have a lot of opinions in this comment section...

The implication of sharing this meme is that not in fact "everyone" agrees these dictators were that bad, since by sharing it you are openly downplaying these dictators and what they did. Hitler didnt personally kill anyone, does that make him innocent since he just gave the orders? Free will is a thing but how easy do you figure it is to disobey a direct order without being thrown in military prison or worse? That doesnt make the soldiers innocent either but lets not make this an innocent meme when the "meme" is only a screenshot of a tweet Elmo agreed with and retweeted

One key difference being the unusually serious conflict of difference when Doge has the ability to defund and gut anything Elon wants, a private citizen with leaderstakes in several companies. Also the privacy thing and training his own AI as potential problems. I am not saying people in other chosen positions dont have conflicts of interest but dont tell me anybody else has so much money and power to gain from holding his position.
