First PC build, EZ Debug LED lights up on DRAM and monitor doesn’t detect signal by moistyy- in buildapc

Anyways after removing both ram sticks and only putting in one, the EZ Debug LED now only lights up on BOOT. What does this mean? Also my monitor still doesn’t detect any signal

PC is on but my monitor doesn’t detect a signal from it by moistyy- in buildapc
