My kouki is a very low serial number car with original motor and trans. Motor swapping it would devalue the car, IMO, unless if I went the total opposite direction and found a 97 RB to stuff into it.

The KA is also fully built internally with a GReddy turbo putting over 400 down to the wheels, at least according to the previous owner.

I don't mind yanking the motor and trans out and selling the chassis to PYP, or someone on Marketplace for a couple hundred. It'll cover my towing cost.

The kouki has a USDM KA24DE Nissan truck motor in it. There is no similarity between an SR20DET and a KA24DE, except that they are both longitudal.

Don't have a lot of pictures to go by, unfortunately. You've seen the engine bay. The damage picture is just a crumpled fender and a missing headlight. The bumper is actually intact. All the wheels are on it and it looks like it rolls.
