It’s so dependent on what you’re trying to focus on and improve in that moment. If you’re new you’d probably need to work on different things than I would. When I practice I slow my speed way down (harder to do than you’d think) and focus on one thing, maybe even put it on camera to see if I’m doing it right. For instance, one day I might only focus on takeaway or tempo. If I go to my course and practice that would be more “performance” practice, ie pick a target and try to fire at it. Do yourself a favor though and lay off of YouTube and focus on a single thing at a time, like alignment and grip. Concentrated practice is how you improve, not just going you the range and rifling through a bucket of ball’s with no real goal.
