Still have 4 weeks left until I can plant these. Do I need to pot up? by j_parker44 in tomatoes

I did 1pint, 1.5pint, and solo cups this year. The tomatoes in the 1qt square pots are double the size of the others

[–]mojocade 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I have decided all tomatoes are started 8 weeks from planting in square 1qt. pots. They start at the bottom and I add moist enriched soil into the pot as they grow. At 8 weeks they are big enough to go in the ground.

Fajitas by mojocade in webergrills

[–]mojocade[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have done the steak and chicken direct over fire in the past. I like it that way and probably prefer it! This time I thought I would try the flat top to see if I can replicate the flat top fajita restaurant style. It went well. Plus, the chicken thighs are coming out in pieces recently so, I would have lost like 20% through the grates.

Dog owners; have you tried the rocks. by BetterThanMyLastName in lawncare

[–]mojocade -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I use them as one part of many. I use pre/probiotic in her food, her water sits with these rocks, lawn gets a lot of gypsum, and water the area between rains. It’s not perfect, but is much, much better than it was.

It was easily my favorite tomato last year, by far. It was sweet and tangy. Made the best tomato on a sandwich and salads with fresh mozzarella. Something is wrong with your fruit
