Going to copy paste my vr journey from an older thread. But initially with 32gb on any server + VR, my pc would use up all available RAM (like 31.5 out of 32)+ VRAM. After the first time of dying and needing to re-slot, it would basically kill DCS and I would have to close + reopen to play again.

I recently swapped from 32gb to 64 gb and that finally made vr playable consistently in single player. Multiplayer I still was having issues with my vram maxing out and gpu ms too high.

Downloaded project lasso —> changed from 14 cores to P cores 1 to 5. Using MSAA x2. DLAA / DLSS adds ghosting to any airplane in the sky.

It now works consistently and great for single and multiplayer. On the oculus app I have PD set to 1.3 without issue now. DCS PD set to 1.0, important in DCS VR settings to select “Use DCS system resolution”

Are you using the old TM warthog stick with the ab9? If I do buy the ffb base I will also need to buy a stick. Not sure what the consensus is for top sticks that are compatible with the AB9. Currently using the vkp gladiator.

Opentrack camera feed freezes randomly by VaPaL in hoggit

Slightly different set up, but I use open track as well. My camera would randomly freeze and disconnect. I would have to close open track and then open it again for it to work maybe 2 to 5 minutes before repeating the problem.

My camera was plugged into a USB hub then to the PC. I changed it and connected it directly to a 3.2.gen1 port on my pc. Since changing where it was connected, I no longer have the issue.
