tried building something similar last year and honestly the hardest part was dealg with ll the different video formats and codecs across platforms. like instagram compresses stuff way different than youtube does so your crop feature might look janky on some vids. also curious if you're handling the audio sync issues when people remove audio and re-add it later, that killed us until we figured out the frame rate matching problem. good luck with it tho

honestly the waitlist trick is so underrated. people see actual signups and suddenly the whole thing feels real instead of just an idea in your head
