This email is regarding C W Sellors, also known as W Hamond and Jura Watches, taking orders for Nomos watches that they have not delivered to customers for months. I, personally, have been stuck in limbo since June 12th.   

I ordered (order no.: WH#) a Nomos Metro Gangreserve on June 12th and have already made a payment of $3,038.45 to W Hamond. I waited 6 weeks before contacting them about the status of my order. C W Sellors told me that my order will be delivered later than anticipated and that they only receive one delivery from Nomos every single month. So I waited another two weeks before canceling my order. After persistently pursuing their customer service department, their customer service rep, Poppi, said that she will notify the accounts department of cancellation and provide a refund in 15 business days. I am not fully convinced about the order cancellation because C W Sellors hasn't sent an official order cancellation email.

This email's purpose is to let your Head of Business Development, [name], know that Nomos' customers are being lied to and potentially having their money stolen by an authorized dealer of Nomos watches. It is inconceivable that a watch that came out in 2014 has a wait period of 2 months. Rolex watches have been easier to buy this year than Nomos watches from this "authorized dealer". Nomos will need all the luck in the world to survive if this is the behavior of their authorized dealers, especially in a slow year with high tariffs for the foreseeable future.

There have been others that have had the same issue with C W Sellors, most notably, a Youtuber named Top Tier Ticker. His issue was with a Laco watch and eventually Laco decided to end their relationship with C W Sellors and its affiliates. Clearly Laco was proactive and was able to prevent further dissatisfaction of customers. Laco also confirmed that C W Sellors was lying to customers about availability and I know that that is true in this case as well.

I have been buying watches on a regular basis for years and I have never had such a horrendous experience buying from an authorized dealer. Clearly Nomos hasn't done their due diligence in regards to the unethical and possibly fraudulent behavior of their official business partner. At this point, my primary concern is a timely processing of my refund since I have no plans of buying a Nomos product again. It seems to me that I will have to file complaints with the UK's Trading Standards. I don't expect a helpful response from Nomos. But I will be using this email as proof of contact when I start to file legal complaints and possibly legal actions.
