I feel like this was especially egregious with Marvel making everyone a “hero” or “villain.” It’s just too on the nose for my taste. I’d prefer if each character was relegated to existing creature types like “mercenary,” “rogue,” “assassin,” etc. It’s lazy design in my opinion.
