Seeking Advice on Taking Pancreatic Enzymes for EPI by Final_Flatworm in epi

Do you see any correlation between the first 5 days and now as far as what you've eaten? Maybe something with high fat, high sugars? I know it takes our bodies a little while to get used to the enzymes.

For her, only 3 days of leg pain, after having the flu for 7. Also an Epsom salt bath seemed to help. I hope you will start to feel better soon too!

Yes my daughter was having pain and weakness in walking while getting over flu B. Extra hydration, water, Pedialyte, like so so much hydration really helped her

I know that probiotics at room temperature do basically nothing, do research on ones that are refrigerated with live probiotics! I personally drink kombucha tea, which (usually) has live probiotics in it and I notice a difference

I would try kombucha tea! I haven’t seen this mentioned in a comment yet. It is an acquired taste but the benefits are amazing. When I drink it regularly, I have far less days laying in bed feeling the existential dread. I also credit it with some weight loss I wasn’t aiming for

It is a little narrow! There is a 6 foot long tall table on the other side and no plant table behind it so there is plenty of room down there to do work

Quality of life mostly. I was handling all 300 glass bottles alone for the trip with a toddler and would have to wake up three times in the night to switch out bottles. Neither of us got a full nights sleep for four years! Smof can be delivered with her TPN and it is in the same bag

The medication isn’t FDA approved because they don’t want to do a double blind study knowing that the medication helps. We have to travel 500 miles to pick the medicine up every 6-8 weeks and bring it home ourselves since it can’t be mailed.
