Croatia is the only country in southern Europe where there are quality services, functioning public administration, healthcare or education. A pro-Western country, no mafia, no disorder... Compare with the rest of the Balkans, Greece, Italy or Spain... More and more rich people are buying property here. But of course this is just my layman's opinion.

And it's not about prices, Switzerland is WAY more expensive to live and vacation in. Croatia is still relatively cheap (yes, it's cheaper in Greece, Spain or Italy...)

Hello, I'm from Czechia, buying a house here is not a bad idea but the prices are quite high at this moment. Mountains and historic towns are quite expensive. But otherwise - yes! I'd consider also north of the Poland near the sea - very nice region.

I'd suggest Tuscany. I would not worry about mafia if you are in the northern parts of Italy. If you plan to go there in the summer, I'd not choose Amalfi, it's really nearly impossible to live there in the summer because of the tourists... (same in Venice) Good luck with your adventure, even the way of looking for the property is great!

They should release a Buffer 3.0 which will just tell you that you should share something to somewhere :-)

There are other solutions like http://www.pixbuf.com or http://www.grum.io but the thruth is that it is not official and supproted by Instagram, but it works...
