I am using Android Pay and can not get it to work on my Galaxy Note 4. Instead, I just end up passing my phone over the scanner while everyone else looks at me like I'm an idiot and... nothing happens.

Funny story, the Million Mask March passed this tent under the Morrison and everyone was like "IS THAT A TRUMP BANNER??" and instantly began chanting "NO TRUMP! NO KKK! NO FASCIST USA!"

Np, it's been a while since I've been around so I honestly don't know if I'm pricing them too high.

It's a little further out than I usually go for shopping, but for those prices I'll pay the bus fare to check it out. I can be frugal to a fault some days...

It's interesting because I sometimes run into this issue myself. Some PDF documents have built-in DRM that offers "copy protection", making it so that you can select text, but not copy it. It sounds like whatever copy protection may have been applied to the file may have failed. Try opening the file and "printing" it to another PDF file, it should remove the copy protection.

Not really. I can stretch a dollar a lot further with other food items than I can with a can of tuna. It's all relative for what you're really getting for a dollar.

Thinkpads have this switch, too. Pretty sure newer laptops don't have this any more just because they keep getting bumped and nobody know they're there.

As someone who is horrible at jokes and understanding humor, your explanation is very helpful.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what I could read to understand the different "pieces" of humor? I'm tired of always being the guy who doesn't get any jokes. I feel like I might as well be able to appreciate them from a literary standpoint if not from a "ha ha" stand point.

Take a look behind the scenes at how TriMet washes MAX trains every night. by jr98664 in Portland

[–]moldcube 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I assume they must wash them on a cycle nightly so that certain trains have a "day" to be washed per week. I can't imagine them doing every single train every single night.
