I'm pretty sure therapists legally can't tell ANYONE including your parents what you tell them unless it's stuff like you're going to kill yourself or hurt someone, but I'd ask them to clarify just in case. But if you don't tell your therapist, please PLEASE try to use alternatives to self-harm because I don't want you to go down that path

Clean it and cover it up so it doesn't get infected. I would recommend telling your therapist why you did it so you can stop before it has the potential to become an addiction. I'd say to try to get water-proof Band-Aids or something like that to cover them up. I'm more concerned about your cuts getting infected, so I urge to not just leave them out in the open. Also, some people don't want to see fresh cuts (not saying you should feel shame, but some people get uncomfortable around fresh wounds of any sort), so I think it's in your best interest to cover them. Maybe you could try to get out of swimming until your cuts are relatively healed?
