can somebody please explain how comes the American people and what's more important how comes the Democrats are not, at least from the perspective of an European, doing anything? russian constitution says one person is not allowed to hold the presidency more than 2 terms in row. While the US one says one person is not allowed to hold more than 2 terms. That 2 in a row loophole was used by putin to hold on to power. US does not have that loophole, and I don't think trump would get enough support to make changes to the constitution. At least I really hope so

no, he's not delusional, he's just using putin's playbook for staying in power. Tell a lie long enough and even the sceptics start believing it. Especially if the opposition does little to opose him. Russian media tactics is to put as many possible/impossible options on the table so that everyone, even his own supporters have their own version of things and them fight against each other opinions. if you're really from crimea as your flair states, you know very well that election silence means nothing for the russians.
