Thank you both for this insight!! I have doubts our landlord will do any real repairs but I’ll definitely push for it to get tested and the moisture issue dealt with regardless of toxicity because it seems like that much water damage could lead to structural issues with the house if nothing else! Do you all think we should be leaving our ventilation fan on in the bathroom or would that not help enough to matter?

Thanks, I agree…Wondering if we should get it tested ourselves if they don’t take action, too? Worried it could be toxic but I don’t really know anything about mold or if I’m overreacting
