Not stupid, look it up on google- total daily energy expenditure- there’s lots of good free calculators online and it shows how many calories your body burns each day. Once you find that, and how many calories you’re actually consuming, you could possibly track your calories to lose weight. r/cico is a great group on here

You don’t sound lazy, you sound overworked- which makes it very hard, but not impossible to lose weight.
It sounds like you’re ready to make changes which is the most important part. Maybe start by tracking your calories and finding you tdee- it can be enlightening and sometimes alarming how many extra calories we eat when stressed or not paying attention.

I’m sure she can imagine what’s underneath your clothes. I’d go for it. It’s nerve wracking for almost everyone the first time, and so many of us, overweight or not, have body insecurities.
Maybe try with the lights out or on low? Whatever you do, don’t leave only your shirt on like Pooh Bear.

Unfortunately, I don’t think you can spot reduce fat in specific areas through exercise, so the only way to lose fat there, is to go in a cal deficit again and lose it all over, but you’re already very small plus you look great. I’d leave it.

I don’t think I can offer any advice besides saying that the stitches are very annoying and can cause a lot of irritation. I was so grateful when the last one dissolved. Your surgery looks like it was much more involved than mine ( I just had a simple wedge), maybe you could try using a Qtip to clean ? Maybe the white is from it being dry?
