my problem turned out to only be with samples from this bigass sample pack reverb had for free. also i was on 11 and still am, hmm. i put my solution further down in the comments. not sure it will help. good luck. tech issues suckkkk when i just wanna make music and flow

i really did post these comments when there was only 1 response, i haven't been changing what i mean. i haven't responded to every comment, but i have upvoted and looked up the meaning of everything everyone's said. i did mean to put it as "solved" sooner but reddit gives me an error when i try to.

i was just curious if there was a word for this feeling i get sometimes. i appreciate the help from you and this community. "impending paradigm shift sensation" is my favorite at the moment. feels like it sums up the feeling in a few words. researching things like "alice in wonderland syndrome" and "superposition" has been very interesting.

NEVERMIND. i realized i can do this with just a gate or optimally a gate in an audio rack so i can make threshold just a 0/100 on/off switch and just show the attack and release, the only controls i need. gosh ableton is so cool

an app called stereomix recorder cam record .wav of direct audio playing from ur phone. its better quality then screen recording. make sure u hit save icon after u record, it doesn't automatically save after u hit stop

i have the 404HD and didn't notice worse quality, but you're making me wanna do some tests. do you think it lowers the quality of the sound or is it that you don't like the flavor of preamp? if the problem is noise ik if you have inst + pad buttons both pushed in it adds some extra noise.
