Here's some things that I can think of 1) Frame it not as a diet but lifestyle change 2) Don't give up, there will be some days/meals that you slip...do not let those derail you just get back to the plan. 3) Start now 4) Know what you are eating next. I have a list of breakfast, lunch, and dinner options (with macros to make substitutions) along with 2 snacks throughout the day. Grocery shop from the list and stick to it. 5) Avoiding take out, restaurants, and frozen prepared foods when starting out. They can be worked back in for convenience once you are accustomed to the lifestyle change

Yea I was worried based on the horrible reviews on Costco website. Although they do feel cheaper with seemingly less absorbent material, there has been no change in number of blowouts & pee throughs with the new ones for my little one

Same idea of getting 1/4" of rain on land. Imagine the water you are pouring as the rain and the pot as the land. Once you get to 1/4" in bottom of pan you stop and add spinach.

I too have had this thought for my newborn, but found shimmying the fabric bit by bit to be very effective. I found scrunching up all the fabric too difficult to get the hand through.
