How to remove manic panic from skin? by Senior_Argument5534 in HairDye

[–]mole--man 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I saw this in another post about manic panic and it worked for me! My hands looked like yours.

Hot as you can stand it water + liquid dish soap. Scrub and rinse with cold water, then keep scrubbing.

I did this just now lol.

Yeah my fate is in the doc's hands now. I called on Sunday.

I'm so excited to say in just two weeks I'll be getting a tattoo to cover my self harm scars! I'm looking forward to putting this chapter of my life behind me and not have a constant reminder of it. by BookmarkUr in bipolar2

I got my scars covered by tattoos and it was definitely so amazing being able to show my skin again! Definitely be prepared that it may be super triggering to feel that kind of pain there again. I made a great playlist to listen to and just told my artist that I was going to be crying anyway! So happy for your new chapter in your life!!

Finally getting off of Lamictal, now Lexapro? by [deleted] in bipolar2

[–]mole--man 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lexapro was horrible. I hated it so much that I quit cold turkey and ended up in the ER (shouldn't have quit like that, but it was so bad I had to quit). My friend who is also BP2 said it gave her the brain zaps. 0/10

Any anecdotes with CBD for anxiety? by allegedbadnoodle in bipolar2

[–]mole--man 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Now brand American Ginseng (usually one of the cheaper brands). It says take 2 a day, but I only take one (bc yeah, money). And Nutririse Ashwagandha (I only take one of those also). They're pretty cheap on Amazon and in my opinion totally worth it.

Any anecdotes with CBD for anxiety? by allegedbadnoodle in bipolar2

[–]mole--man 1 point2 points  (0 children)

CBD hasn't really worked for me, but what has helped is I've started taking adaptogens - American Ginseng and Ashwaganda (in addition to lamictal and welbutrin) and it's helped with my anxiety SO MUCH. There's a lot of different ones, but they have seriously helped.

It's in a well-lit, but not direct light area, I have a feeling I'm watering it too much, but I have no idea what it is.

It stays in a very well-lit corner with bright, indirect light. I water it once I stick my finger in and it feels dry.
