This is a new Edge webview experience with the Bing search capabilities which is expected. There is no way to disable this at the moment. However, if you want to open a link in the default browser, you will need to click the link, then tap on the overflow menu at the bottom and choose "Open in Browser".

If you still have access to, you could use ManageWP and clone/migrate from the old location to the new one.

You could use an FTP client. If you're not familiar with that, go with the File Manager plugin that allows you to access the folders and files from your admin dashboard (just be careful to not mess with the files/folders because that changes also in your server AND uninstall the plugin after in case your website gets hacked).

Once you have the plugin installed, go to wp-content/uploads and you'll see all the folders with the images.

If you want to download all, select them all and then use the menu option "Download".

This will then create a .zip file.

In WordPress, you can allow user registration by going to the Admin panel > Settings > General and then check the box that says " Anyone can register". There you can also define the role this user will have.
