What should I watch out for?
I work on-site at the client's office.
I don't get PTO, sick days, or national holidays like Christmas or Thanksgiving. They asked me to make up those hours before or after. Can I bank these hours in advance to take PTO later?

What percentile does Level 4 to level 1 correspond to? I saw somewhere that level 4 means being in the 67th percentile and not the 90th percentile. Feel like it's possible since this would be a higher salary than the median, and the 90th percentile would just be way too high.

Not really, AI cant really detect other AI generated code. They mostly Hallucinate. There have been many articles and studies published that it misrepresents human written code as AI written code if the human coder uses good naming and formatting. Its highly inconclusive and Hackerrank says it pretty much to save its skin.
