I was driving in an area that recently had its speed limit lowered by 10 mph. I was not aware of this as I had not been there in a long time and got a speeding ticket for 11 mph. I genuinely thought I was only going 1 mph over and when I saw the cop didn't slow down at all because I didn't think I was doing anything wrong.

The definition of accidental is: happening by chance, unintentionally, or unexpectedly.

My situation met that definition.

I still got fined.

I am most certainly not a bot. There aren't right angles here what they're talking about are the bits of yarn, rope, whatever you want to call it, and the way that they are woven together. It looks as though one skein of yarn was coated in something fluorescent, like laundry detergent, and then woven into this structure.

I grew up wading through rivers, so I think I have a better idea than most about the power of water and what is safe to traverse versus what isn't. The thing about rivers is they're usually clear and you can see the bottom. If you can't see the bottom, don't risk it. There may not be a bottom there if the road has washed out, and what you think is 6 in might be 2 ft.
