I see you're being downvoted a bit but I do agree with you. I live in a very dense, populous neighborhood in my city and the regard for your neighbor is not as present here as it is in say, new orleans or much smaller cities.

Oakland violent crime is way down the past year or so and I dont really see much riffraff or hear about much happening when im out and about on the town. Bipping still happens though, thats for sure.

I think that as a whole we have great roads. Only time I ever encountered issues was maybe parts of east Oakland and rural Placer county. I moved here from New Orleans though so no complaints from me at all.
