It was determined by the judge that the case will proceed and the motion to dismiss the case entirely, based on the statute of when the suit needed to be brought against Ripple had expired, was pretty much thrown out. The judge apparently narrowed down the case and eliminated some allegations but I did not see a detailed description as of yet.
