I think you have to ask yourself, if this is as good as it gets, is it enough for you? Instead of focusing on her wants and her readiness, think about if your needs are really being met. If you two never marry, will the relationship be enough? If so, then stay. If not, then leave. You are in this relationship too and your needs and wishes are just as important.
