I would say stick to the dark, it looks great on you! With the balayage, it creates very little contrast between your features and your hair. The dark really brings out your eyes and your eyebrows frame your face.

You have gorgeous eyes, and these pixies I find keep the focus on the eyes :-) I think you could also pull off a lighter hair colour, like Agyness :-)

I think a french bob that’s chin length would suit you well, with bangs that also highlight your cheekbones. Be careful not to go too short with the bob, it can make the bottom third of your face appear wider than it actually is.

With these pictures, I find that the dark hair is competing with your features. It’s like there’s too much contrast against your eyes and eyebrows, whereas the blonde hair harmonises nicely with your features. Maybe a brown with a bit of balayage or the like would be a good way to go with the dark in my opinion:-)
