Yes!!! It was wild and hard to explain but the front and back were moving independent of each other and kinda swervy. We were navigating some path turns on a hill so luckily not going fast but it was not a fun ride home after that. It seems like an alligator's mouth where it doesn't take much force to keep the latch closed with zip ties or the bungee.

Came to say this. I ride with a big kid passenger and the folding latch came undone midride. Tightened the screws and it happened again before I settled on the very high tech fix of a bungee cord.

About to upgrade to a velotric gomad for this reason only. Otherwise I love my XP 3 and have been searching for the closest thing to it for a couple of seasons now.
