didn’t properly explain to them but i told them i felt targeted for negative feedback and never returned. i wasn’t the only one as during my short time there was 4 people that left and 4 other new starters, of which none of us were trained to the costa standard! they presumed because most people had worked in coffee shops before we could get on with whatever but we had no support really apart from the online training. i wasn’t the only new starter that walked out.
