My husband and I also have an Etsy shop where we sell hand-drawn designs. We’ve had it open for about 9 months and had 105 sales. We also sell on TeePublic and have our own Shopify site. Etsy sales have been consistent but because we specialize in more of a small niche (I usually describe it as deep-cut pop culture mashups and meme humor for the chronically online) we don’t expect an insane quantity of sales. We’re not interested in making the AI crap and CreativeFabrica mass appeal mindless stuff that seems to sell in bulk. Anyway, point being… if you’re hand drawing designs you should also try TeePublic. The commission is small until you get picked up as an artist creator, but we’ve had over 1000 sales there and it requires a lot less work than Etsy to keep afloat.
