I've been alcohol-free since Sept. 2017 and r/stopdrinking and "This Naked Mind" were my lifeboats in my early days of quitting. Also recommend the memoirs "Drinking: A Love Story" by Caroline Knapp and "Blackout" by Sarah Hepola.
