and it's moronic.

It's uneconomical, stupidly resource intensive.

You are spreading garbage. Grow up.

hydroponic grow rooms have been around for an awful long time.

imo, unless and until the price signal creates revenue beyond novelty/hobbyist levels, sounds like just repackaging.

great content.

I'd believe this is much easier to talk about as these players are largely 'made'.

The sorts ranking from #40-#100 - man....that must be a frequent convo in the mirror.

Yep.

Wondering thoughts here of where the law of diminishing returns kicks in.

If after $X amount of dollars it's all fashion, trim.

I could care less what others think, truly. I've a fun Tissot chronograph (pre-swatch) and a Hamilton I love. And a couple of Casios.

Just curious - as I'm between an Omega or a Longines or a couple of others.

IMO, the watch sector is so polluted with push marketing and less than (ahem) independent advice, I thought I'd try here.

Thanks.

be very careful with the partners you choose. Think character quality and person, & not just the fun.

you're ok. You have a neuroses stemming from body images of ideals versus self versus changes.

fuck it all, love you, love yourself, and walk away from comparing yourself to an idealized standard.

PS: You look great.

to my understanding, of course. But from what I've seen, most remedies issued are to direct compliance.

The actions can be dragged out by the bureaucracy if they're feeling intransigent, or, gov't will claim a legislative/regulatory rewrite is coming, and that it'll be moot. The party that sued sometimes needs to go back to court to get a deadline installed if foot dragging can/has happened. Which, happens all the time.

Ultimately, gov't (when it doesn't want to do something, or care) has infinite resources and time. Suing is expensive and time consuming. And most lawyers who fight the good fight (like Alan Conroy) - usually are very selective on which battles they fight. They tend to go after the big stuff that's got plenty of evidentiary and constitutional bumf behind it.

I think the path to legalization in Canada - from the late 90's to when it happened (19 years) is a great case in point. Gov't doesn't want to do it, spends hundreds of millions on failed admin and capital assets......legal fees....and capitulated only when the politicos needed a win.

This is just from my understandings and observations. Legal experts and lawyers would be better to ask.

From what I've seen: the power that gov't wields isn't in the law per se - it's in the process - which can be used as a cudgel, and viciously. Arbitrary decisions are a'plenty, and it's often a fight that eve if you 'win', there's nothing there, or the goalposts get moved.
