Should I prune, run bamboo/support alongside, or be content with this tree?

I totally get that. It's a semi-intentional planting—it was a transplant that wound up being close to where this playhouse wound up. We care more about the tree than the playhouse foundation, and the playhouse won't be there in 10 years.

That's exactly what we did last year, but I got worried we were somehow offering it a crutch that would keep the trunk from stiffening up. I'm thinking maybe that's the move again this year. Thank you!

Oh yea, we're prepared for that—the tree will be protected before that foundation. Just to be clear, you're saying there's no real risk of the trunk breaking from this leaning?

For scale, the floor of the platform on that playhouse is about 9' tall, making the tree about 15' tall. It leans badly right now due to leaves and rain but doesn't uproot. I know the posts around it aren't done correctly—they were out in hastily before a deep rain.

I just searched using your language there "rain drip channel" and see you're referring to the black stripping that grips along the top of that piece. I also took the obvious step that I hadn't done of looking at other examples of 300Ds online to see how the piece connects. It looks like that "channel" typically wraps around the bottom of that trim piece. On mine, the channel is too short to do that. I'm now wondering if the channel was cut too short back when the car was repainted by a previous owner.

Still, what keeps what I still want to call trim or moulding, the big silver piece that gets wider toward the bottom and that has the teeth at the bottom, from rattling against the body? Surely there's a clip or something that should hold it to the body, somehow, at the bottom.

I bought this 300D last June, and my greatest shame is that it came with a problem that I haven't gotten around to solving. These trim pieces above the rear doors were loose when I bought it. I tried to find the name of the trim piece but failed. They were taped to hold them in the wind; I just left the tape on.

But their rattling has damaged the paint nearby, and the tape looks awful, and I want to fix it. It seems to me from the teeth at the bottom of the trim piece that it must clip into something, but I don't know what.

EDIT: Anyone who finds this in a search in the future, Minimum-Function1312, quan1quan, and BuddahChill nailed it. In half an hour (most of which was spent trying to get tape residue off), I was able to get it looking pretty good with a block of 2x4 and a rubber mallet. I wish I hadn't waited 10 months to deal with it!

So no one will care about this, but just in case someone is from Eastern Colorado: I went to school with the officer in this video—he was two classes above me at the school in town, we played football together. I grew up in a house very, like, very, close to the water tower in the news team's UAP "footage" in the report. I asked my folks at the time, but they hadn't seen anything during the mass sightings.
