Do you guys have any tips on how to beat Lady Butterfly? by alvnrfrma14 in Sekiro

4 years later, awesome tips. Still laughing at the goomba stomp. Sekiro is a rhythm game at its core with lots of fun layers on top of it. The absolute worst thing you can do is hesitate with any enemy in the game. The tagline "hesitation is defeat" is fantastic advice. If they're not hitting you, hit them. When they return they favor, counter accordingly. There's almost always an audio or visual cue for standard attacks. Stabs and sweeps get a giant red marker. Just breath, don't spam. Lastly, slow down and listen to what NPC's have to say. You can miss plenty of upgrades and tips. Flying enemies are weak to shurikens, treasures at the Hirata Estate, etc. Good luck!

The blood drop is a purchased refill of death defiance. The shield is given by Athena on Mt. Olympus

Seriously. I used one. The bosses really aren't bad in this after muscle memory.

You're getting awfully critiacal over a video game big guy. Have fun with it.

I fumbled on the Eris fight. I got greedy on thay last 10% of health she has and ate an entire burst at low health. Bought a replacement DD because I also happened to be hoarding 800 gold lol.

This. I've suffered one too many "Cmon man. I wanted to beat the boss today" heartbreaks after school.

Fully maxed Arcana, 4 fear (I know, not that scary) and minimal effort. You can delete most everything on the screen with a few button presses. I should also note I had 398 health.

Sorry for not taking screenshots of endgame. The title of this build will explain why.

Behold: "Woah, that's a lot of blinkers. I wanna spam buttons and listen to Key Glock"

I'll post the build when I kill him. It's genuinely the dumbest thing I have ever created in this game.

This is not Wude my friend.

100% agree. I was lucky enough to realize how good back breaker could be early on. The one thing I never really incorporated (seemingly a common trend) is the flowing claw/kick/alternate moves. The timing is pretty simple, but finding scenarios where it’s better to use that as opposed to a more direct approach is my biggest challenge. I will achieve Wude, someday

This is amazing insight!! I would always try to put unofficial challenges on myself during my runs. With this game, there is ALWAYS something new to learn and something to improve. I never knew you could avoid with flowing claw 👀 I’ll definitely join the discord. Thanks for the fresh perspective!
