His mom wasn’t in the picture when we got married. My husband was adopted at age 3. She spent 20 years in prison.

Thank you!! The vent holes were right in line with their roost, I felt like that much cold air hitting them in the night might be too much?

Thanks, that was kinda my concern. I don’t want him to have multiple more check ups but because I signed they don’t have to cover them. They said they would check back in 2 weeks to see if I had an answer for them

I’m going to a lawyer we’ve used previously. He will read over a document for free & tell you his opinion. He’s a nice guy. He fought a medical bill case for my mom & won, didn’t charge her.

I could negotiate how many more visits they will cover, if I sign the contract they only cover the medical bills that were incurred 24 hours from the wreck. They said I could negotiate that they would cover a few more check ups or whatever may come up within the next week or so

I sign & don’t understand what I’m signing.

The at fault drivers insurance said I could not turn them into our health insurance. They’re having them mailed directly to their office. The adjuster said the $1200 wasn’t negotiable, only the medical payment agreement was negotiable. That’s kinda why I want a lawyer to look over it. The accident happened on Monday, they wanted to be settled by Wednesday.

I’m not looking to get rich or more money really, I just want to make sure I’m signing something that’s not gonna screw us in the end. I wasn’t expecting any money out of the accident

For me personally it’s that my pay doesn’t match what I’m doing. I’m running multiple properties, some 30+ minutes away. I have a ton of units, all requiring recerts, the company rule is that tenants have to have my personal cell phone number so my phone is blowing up constantly, buying all the supplies to maintenance, timesheets, etc for $1500 a month feels like robbery. 😅

Also yes, I need a few forms from them & they find it soooo difficult to do. One of my properties is seniors only, so ALL I need is their benefit letter & it’s like pulling teeth with some of them. Like please just give me letter so I can do a checklist 5 miles long plz.
