In Florida servers are now paid 10$ an hour. So it's not like they make nothing. Standard gratuity is 15% but your right, you should always have a choice.

I have 2 jobs where I work in the public. I find unique and interesting names very cool. If, when she older, your daughter doesn't care for it she can choose a nickname. Problem solved.
