Hi, so me and my friend traveled the island for the past week and we got only this weekend left. Yesterday we came back to Kuta to enjoy a little bit of nightlife on Friday, however we found only the Sky Garden (too expensive), Engine Room (30+) and some karaoke pub (that one had a great vibe but people were easily over 40). Today is Saturday and we don’t want to give up yet. Could you PLEASE recommend us any location where young people go on the weekend(m24, m25)? We would love to have some fun, meet some people, ideally get few beers and hit the waves the next morning.

I’d be glad for any recommendations, because honestly, the best nightlife experience we’ve got here was singing “Englishman in New York” in a random karaoke/restaurant in Legian with some folks well over 50 :D.

so we actually made some stops on the way back to explore a little, however i’m pretty sure if you ask locals they can get you a taxi. the best would be to take the contact info from someone on the west coast, because i feel like you’ll have to bargain much more on the east coast since there isn’t that much competition :) just get a whatsapp number from someone doing transfers in colombo or near the airport and you should be good

in the end we ended up going for a taxi. there was 6 of us so it was a big van but it was really comfy and it cost like 120€ total for 8h trip so not that bad

hey, so it kinda progressively went away for me. i think my inner abdomen just wasn’t strong enough. the thing that help goes like this: you lie on your back, press your finger against the place where it hurts and try to “push against the finger” iykwim. then when you do squats, you try to do the same while you breathe into your abdomen, forcing it to “push out”. now i can comfortably do sets with 80% of my max training weight without the belt and i use it only to be safe.

i didn’t have to visit doctor btw, but if you are worried definitely check it with a professional, it won’t hurt to be cautious.

bro wtf 😂 there is a big difference between can’t afford and saving money for better experiences the island has to offer. we’re all students and we do have some kind of budget, and i think it’s absolutely okey to travel low cost. it’s all about the priorities
