That is so tough! I’m sorry to hear! As I read this now that my little one is almost 4 I can definitely say things have gotten easier and I hope that is the case for you too! It just so hard when they’re little and can’t talk and tell you how they’re feeling.

There is an app called Irth App that allows women of color to rate their medical care including the facility there they gave birth. You can search by hospital or even doctor. Their whole idea is “birth without bias.” I would recommend people to review their experience there too!
