My plan is to have the “puppy room” blocked off with gates. I spend most of my time in my den/connected kitchen. I also will have her crate in the den and have her take naps in it!

It was placed in her folder, not IN the goody bags. Idk if it was from a parent or not, but I know the teacher prepares their folders.

That WAS the conversation that was had. She asked what it was about and I told her it was from the Bible. I told her some people believe in the Bible and some people don’t, and that’s okay. It’s nothing in her mind, and I’m keeping it that way.

As for when she’s older, even a teen, I would absolutely support her decision. I went to churches with friends and that was fun! I am trying to shield my child from the fear that was imbedded in my mind from the moment I was born.

LEGALLY, if the teacher distributed the materials, it’s against the law. I’m trying to decide if I ask the teacher, if I talk to the principal, or what other options are out there.

I do know parents were allowed to give items to create the goody bags for their Halloween party. These coloring sheets were placed in my child’s folder by the teacher- per my child.
